Hello, I'm Sade-Chantal Mielczarek, founder of AGIA Holland. Originally from the North of Germany, my journey into the world of translation began over a decade ago, driven by my passion for languages, art, and travel. As a trained visual artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Academie Minerva in Groningen, I possess a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for the nuances of language and culture. After my initial studies in painting and drawing, complemented by an Erasmus exchange semester in Nice, France, I pursued art history at Rijksuniversiteit in Groningen. This academic background, combined with my practical experience as a tour guide and administrative secretary at the Groninger Museum, laid a strong foundation for my career in translation.
From educational texts for art museums to travel guides, websites for well-known fashion brands, marketing materials for top hotels and countless Google AdWords campaigns for every imaginable product and various services, to subtitles, sales contracts, user manuals and general terms of use – my wide-ranging portfolio reflects my many years of experience. Looking back on numerous successfully completed projects and millions of translated words, I am available as a professional full-time language service provider. I am your point of contact for high-quality translations, proofreading, subtitling, and MT post-editing from English, Dutch, and French into German. My specialisations encompass the fields of fine art, advertising, marketing, fashion, tourism, e-commerce, e-learning, and IT.

In order to achieve a fluent translation with perfect readability which is neatly and accessibly tailored for the target audience, I use my hands-on personal experience, as I have a thorough understanding of cultural differences and the need for localization in order to get the point across cultural boundaries. I am living the languages I work with and make use of creative processes to transform texts into ideal equivalents in the target language, my mother language.
